In 2015 Flood Australia, the Australian producers of Deks Ojle were bought out. Flood Australia had been manufacturing Deks Olje under licence for many years and the products have built a loyal following in this country. When the new overseas owners halted the production of Deks Olje locally, Australian stocks quickly ran out of this popular marine deck and timber treatment.

The good news is that a long-time user of Deks Olje, Walter Heuhn, has established a new entity to import Deks Olje directly from the French manufacturer Owatrol.

Classic Boat Supplies has received an early shipment from Walter and we are now able to supply Deks Ojle #1 (matte) and Deks Olje #2 (gloss) through our online chandlery and in person from our Sydney warehouse. This makes Classic Boat Supplies one of the few Deks Olje suppliers in Australia.
