Due to the large variety of sizes and finishes of our products it is not possible to carry all items in stock. For unstocked or chrome-plated items expect shipping within 2-3 weeks.
Deliveries Within Australia
We use a combination of Australia Post, Direct Freight & other services to ship orders within Australia. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, and the delivery location. Australia Post aims to deliver within 1-5 working days within Australia, however this is not guaranteed.
All packages are sent with tracking.
Deliveries to the United States & Outside Australia
We normally use Australia Post to ship orders outside Australia. Our on-line store automatically calculates shipping costs for most countries, however if you experience a problem send us an email and we will get back to you within 24 hours with a quote.
The following table provides a guide as to the likely costs of shipping to a major city in the United States using Australia Post's Standard service (estimated 7 business days to USA). Express Shipping (estimated 5 business days to USA) is also available but the costs are higher. Postage costs to many other countries are similar. Note that the actual postage costs calculated by our store may vary and are subject to change.
As to the weight of your order, all products in our store will display their weight as you select them. Just keep a note of your order's total weight to estimate costs, or let our store to it for you during checkout.
