Known as "Hamilton" and "Newport", these braid-on-braid polyester ropes come in a variety of colours and diameters. They feature a higher number of braids than most other braided polyester ropes on the market and are therefore more flexible. They can be purchased by the metre or on spools up to 200 metres in length.

Newport polyester rope is stretched during the manufacturing process. This makes Newport an ideal halyard rope as it will undergo minimal elongation under load conditions.

Hamilton polyester rope is not pre-stretched so will absorb shock loads to a greater degree than Newport.

Both ropes are manufactured in Europe to the highest standards and are UV stabilized for Australia's conditions. If you want a quality rope that will out-perform Asian-sourced alternatives, why not give these performance polyester ropes a go?
