Caporns in Brookvale became a Sydney institution after many years of trading on Sydney's Northern Beaches. Caporns became synonymous with high quality timber joinery, teak boat decking and also West System Epoxy and were the only stockist in this part of Sydney for many years. In fact I sourced West System epoxy myself from Caporns for my first boat building project in 2009.

Since the closing of Caporns mid-2015, Classic Boat Supplies has noticed an upswing in enquiries for West System epoxy and hardeners and this is probably due to our close proximity to Brookvale. In our Belrose warehouse we keep good stocks of all West System products, and also offer fibreglass cloth and other boat building items such as silicon bronze fasteners. Larger 20 litre quantities of the 105 resin can be ordered in readily too, normally arriving the next day.
